Our history dates back to 1979, when we first established our brand of camera repairing in Dubai, UAE.

The concept of a camera repair store was an innovative idea back then, as the only option most people had was to send their equipment back to the manufacturer or discard it.
The Founder, Rashid Hakim, wanted to bring about a change in this system and therefore went on to set up his first venture which was called "FOTO TECHNICAL ESTABLISHMENT"

 

Recently relocating to Toronto (with all his 45+ years of expertise and skill) he has set up a home workshop called Precision Repairs, while also still operating in UAE. We are one of the only repair service centers specifically for camera equipment (and now more). We strive to provide the best service in terms of customer satisfaction as well as the main objective: repair! We deal directly with consumers, professionals, extended warranty companies, as well as local and nationwide retailers. All our equipment repairs are performed by factory-trained technicians, on-site, with the latest testing equipment to ensure the best quality repairs.

Our journey spans over 45 years, as a strongly established and renowned repair center, thanks to Rashid's expertise and passion. This is re-emphasized with the motto:
