Q: Do you provide warranty for your work?
A: Yes, we give 3 months warranty on anything we repair.

Q: How long does it take to get my camera fixed?

A: Normally it takes a week, but can be fixed urgently upon request...(subject to parts availability). If parts need to be ordered, it may take 2 - 3 weeks to get from our supplier.
How much $$$?
Q: How much will it cost to fix my camera or lens?

A: We are very economical in our repairs, keeping in mind the equipment's worth. We suggest not to repair if the cost goes higher than half the price of the equipment unless the item has a sentimental value or is no longer available, or is someone's favorite.
Q: Do I have to pay anything if I do not agree to the repair estimate?
A: If we have to dismantle your equipment for troubleshooting, you will have to pay C$20 to assemble it back. No charge if requested back in open condition.
